General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope of Application

All offers, contracts, deliveries and services provided by the “Neue Bewusstwerdung” Academy are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions. By placing a paid order, the customer fully acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions without restriction. When placing a paid order, these General Terms and Conditions must be expressly accepted by the customer.

2. Rights & Content

All content, texts and photos listed on the website and in the online shop are subject to the copyright of the “Neue Bewusstwerdung” Academy. The user is prohibited from editing this content or otherwise infringing the copyright in any form.

Due to the large amount of information, Arishta AG assumes no liability with regard to the correctness, timeliness and completeness of information. It is the user’s responsibility to check the content for correctness and completeness.

Arishta AG depends on third parties for technical provision and therefore cannot provide any guarantee for any disruptions, problems or outages.

3. Prices, Discounts, Shipping Costs

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, gross prices excluding shipping costs. Price changes and errors excepted.

3.1 Details

No shipping costs apply for the booking of online and live seminars, trainings, and events. No discounts are granted unless expressly indicated as part of a discount promotion.

4. Retention of Title

All scripts and documents provided remain the property of Arishta AG until full payment has been made.

5. Warranty and Withdrawal

The following applies regarding warranty and withdrawal:
Arishta AG assumes no warranty for healing success or any other changes on a physical, mental or spiritual level in connection with projects and seminars. The customer bears full responsibility for all experiences arising from the collaboration. Further information in this regard is set out in the Legal Basis (Section 11).

Pursuant to FAAG §11, the customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days after booking. The customer may withdraw within this period from the date of booking. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the following email address: info@arishta-akademie.com

For offers where the service is provided immediately, where documents are made available in advance, or where access to a members’ area is granted in advance, the customer voluntarily waives the right of withdrawal. The customer requests Arishta AG to commence performance early. This note is indicated when booking the respective offer and is expressly requested by the customer during booking.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is generally made by bank transfer or via the specified online payment provider.
Payment by instalments is only possible if this was agreed upon at the time of booking. Otherwise, the full amount is due immediately.

If an instalment payment is not made, the customer is automatically in default.
If instalment payments are missed twice in a row, the outstanding and remaining instalments become due immediately as a single payment.

If the customer still does not pay, legal steps may be initiated immediately without further communication or reminder.
Arishta AG reserves the right, in the event of non-payment, to temporarily or permanently block access to the services in case the customer is in default.

7. Data Protection

Before completing the order, the customer agrees to read the privacy policy comprehensively. Within the framework of these General Terms and Conditions, the customer also accepts the following data protection provisions:

8. Links

No liability is assumed for the content-related and legal correctness of links to third-party platforms.

9. Newsletter Subscription and Unsubscription

• This is regulated in the privacy policy.

10. Place of Performance, Jurisdiction, Partial Invalidity

For these Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships between Arishta AG and its customers, the law of the Principality of Liechtenstein shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is 9490 Vaduz. Should individual provisions of a contract, including these Terms and Conditions, be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11. Legal Basis

The managing directors and their team are not physicians or alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker). Their offers and suggestions serve only the spiritual growth of body, mind and soul.
Each participant assumes responsibility for their experiences and activities within the group.

No healing treatment within the meaning of the Heilpraktiker Act is carried out. Attendance at online and live events is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

The customer undertakes to disclose, prior to the start, whether any medication is being taken or whether there are acute health complaints or illnesses.

The customer undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding seminar activities and personal information about individual participants shared within the group.

The teachings of Natara® and the materials provided are subject to copyright laws and are legally protected as trademarks. They are intended only for personal use of the information and techniques. The documents may not be modified or passed on to third parties.

Unauthorized use or disclosure gives rise to claims for damages.
